Engineer Tasks
Depending on the tenant-supplier agreement, the supplier may offer additional package items or tasks that can be done as part of an installation appointment. These are termed as "Engineer Tasks" on the Fibre Gateway.
The following tasks are available on the Fibre Gateway - which ones are available will vary between suppliers.

The available engineer tasks will depend on the supplier and the tenant-supplier agreement.
Note
When integrating with an existing supplier API or where a supplier cannot send these values as specified, the Fibre Gateway can map between these and custom supplier values to ensure a consistent set for tenants.
